V - Shape自家3部按摩手法 踢走包包面好簡單

1. 將適量精華分別塗於兩邊下顎至頸部位置 (如圖顯示),並於每個位置輕按10秒。

2. 用食指及中指擺出V字手勢,食指放在面部,中指則要緊貼下顎輪廓位置。

3. 用V字手勢從下巴朝耳朵方向輕力推上,然後用力夾住耳朵。此套動作請於每邊重複5次以收最佳效果。
